Gram flour - 1 kg, sugar - 1 1/4 kg
Prepare Boondi.Make sugar syrup by boiling 1:1 Sugar and water for about 5 minutes. Add a pinch of kesari powder to this syrup. Drop the boondis into the sugar syrup and mix well.Roast 100g cashews and 25g raisins in ghee and add it to the mix. Also add 20 cardomoms and 25g kalkandu and mix well. Wait until the mixture cools down to a temperature where the hand can withstand the heat. Now make into even balls by pressing lightly with hand. Allow to cool.

It is ideal to add 1.45kg sugar for 1 kg gram flour.Adding of water for preparing jheera is keeping its level 1 inch above the sugar level.Heat until the sugar paste becomes should not be sticky when a drop of paste put into a bowl of water.
